Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the deboning team to achieve production and quality targets.
• Monitor and control yields, minimizing waste and managing costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations to align production with customer demands.
• Motivate, coach, and develop staff to achieve departmental objectives.
• Analyse production data for performance improvement and reporting.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum 5 years’ meat deboning and supervisory/management experience.
• Strong understanding of abattoir operations and yield management.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer-based tools.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance.
