Debit Order Arrear Collections Agent / Manager

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Debit Order Arrears Collections Agent / Manager for a company based in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification will be highly beneficial 
• 4-6 years relevant experience 
• Proven experience with Debit order arrears collections
• Computer literate 

• Monthly debit order / premium processing
• Billing processes
• Collections, including arrear collections using both soft and hard collection skills
• Preferably from a service or subscription-based industry such as DStv, Vodacom, Insurance, Medical Aids, or Motor Vehicle Extended Warranties
• Strong knowledge of debit order bureau systems and processes, including:
• Electronic Payment Services
• EFT Debit & Credit
• NAEDO
• Authenticated Collections (DebiCheck)
• Card-based collection transactions
• The individual will oversee and manage the full Debit Order function internally
