SUMMARY:
Dealership Service Advisor - Gauteng - West Rand

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established Dealership in the West Rand of Gauteng, is looking for a experienced Dealership Service Advisor join their service department team.

The successful candidate must have motor dealership service advisor experience, with a excellent CSI record and a passion for excellent customer care.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Drivers license
Experience working in a franchise dealership
Ability to work under pressure
Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric
Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
Relevant motor industry software experience i.e Autoline/Kerridge/Evolve etc.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motorplan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + Incentives (based and benefits
