SUMMARY:
Dealership Service Advisor - Northern Suburbs - Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, is looking for a experienced Dealership Service Advisor with Premium Brand experience to join their service department team.

The successful candidate must have motor dealership service advisor experience, with a excellent CSI record, an out-going and bubbly personality, with a passion for excellent customer care.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Drivers license
Experience working in a high volume, premium brand dealership
Ability to work under pressure
Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric
Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
Relevant motor industry software experience i.e Autoline/Kerridge etc.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motorplan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI

Salary: R18 000 Basic Salary + Incentives (based and benefits
