Dealership Service Advisor

• Matric Certificate                                                 
• Drivers license                                                  
• Experience working in a high volume, premium brand dealership 
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric
• Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
• Relevant motor industry software experience i.e Autoline/Kerridge etc.

• Meet and greet customers                                                  
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motorplan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations                                                  
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process                                   
• Customer follow ups                                                  
• Maintain a high CSI
