Dealership Creditors Clerk - Century City - Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a experienced Dealership Creditors Clerk to join their dealership located close to Century City in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

Balance all daily, monthly creditors
Capture all costs accurately
Make payments with critical time deadlines
Analyse creditors age and investigate all outstanding amounts
Correctly capture all authorized vendor invoices on a daily basis, including respective VAT.
Follow up on unauthorized invoices regularly
Maintain up-to-date unmatched invoices
Reconcile key supplier accounts before payment runs and correct where necessary
Ensure that all invoices are filed correctly on a monthly basis
Deal with supplier queries in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
Generate and manage invoices
Reconciliation

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years relevant working experience in the Automotive Industry as a Dealership Creditors Clerk at franchise dealership level. (No other experience will be considered)
Working knowledge of ADP, Evolve, Automate, Autoline or Kerridge is essential
Matric
Good administration skills and attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Good numeracy and Excel skills

Salary: R15 000 - R25 000 CTC (depending on experience)
