SUMMARY:
Dealer Account Specialist - Short Term Insurance The Dealer Account Specialist is responsible for providing exemplary and prompt customer service to the FnIs at dealerships level and internal customers, also well as be the liaison between the dealership and sales agent

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Ensure that F and I’s forward every lead to the company and do a comparison of Vehicle sales versus leads sent
Assigning F and I’s leads to sales consultants
Ensure that Penetration statistics increase for F and I’s
Enhance and maintain relationships with F and I’s
Assist F and I’s with complaints and pass on compliments, where necessary
Highlight areas of concern to Operations and sales director
Act as spokesperson on behalf of F and I’s to the company
Act as spokesperson on behalf of the company to F and I’s
Ensure that reporting is sent out to the F and I’s
Responsible for follow up
Daily/Weekly/monthly reporting to be submitted to Operations Manager
Limited policy amendments
Monthly sales recon
Administration, where necessary
Work overtime where required
Perform other duties that management may require from time to time
Checking various reports- to ensure all leads have pulled through to the system, and load manually load where necessary.
Manually load web leads.

Requirements:
Senior certificate or equivalent NQF level.
RE5 and full retail qualification will be advantageous
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook, and PowerPoint
Must have the ability to work on excel at an advanced level
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Minimum 2 – 3 years’ successful experience in Sales/Customer Service environment will be beneficial Experience in an outbound call centre environment
Passion for the sales environment
