POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a Data Scientist / Statistician to leverage advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and AI techniques to generate insights and develop scalable solutions that inform business strategy and drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods, data science techniques, and AI algorithms to provide actionable insights.
Design, build, and maintain forecasting, valuation, and predictive models to support business objectives.
Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools to communicate insights effectively.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reliability, and alignment with project goals.
Implement AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Manage data systems and architecture to ensure accessible, secure, and fit-for-purpose reporting capabilities.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science (Bachelor’s acceptable with strong experience).
3–5+ years’ experience in statistical research, data analysis, or data science.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical tools such as SPSS.
Experience with machine learning frameworks, predictive modelling, and AI-driven solutions.
Proven ability to handle large datasets and ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy.
Experience building dashboards, automated reports, and delivering client-ready outputs.
Strong communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to deliver results under deadlines.
