As the Data Scientist & Analytics Manager, you will oversee a small team of data professionals, design AIâdriven and machine learning solutions, and manage the full lifecycle of predictive model development. You’ll work directly with clients, turning data insights into meaningful business outcomes while shaping the organisation’s analytics capabilities.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists and analysts.
Build, refine, and optimise predictive models based on performance metrics.
Develop and deliver AI and machineâlearning solutions for clients.
Conduct endâtoâend model development including data exploration, feature engineering, modelling, and deployment.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education – Minimum requirement:

Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
PhD strongly preferred.

Experience:

2–3 years’ leadership or management experience, including leading a small team.
Proven endâtoâend predictive modelling expertise.
Strong AI and machine learning experience (nonânegotiable).
Consulting environment experience advantageous.

Skills:

Python (essential)
SQL (advantageous)
Strong analytical problemâsolving ability
Ability to communicate insights to nonâtechnical stakeholders

Any other nonânegotiables:

AI and ML experience required
Must have led a small team
