POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Build and optimise machine learning and predictive analytics models
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities hidden within large datasets
• Partner with business stakeholders to solve real-world challenges through data
• Design and implement statistical models to support strategic decision-making
• Develop dashboards and visualisations that bring data stories to life
• Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance over time
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and technical teams to deploy data-driven solutions
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in Data Science, AI, and advanced analytics
• Translate technical findings into meaningful recommendations for business leaders
• Drive innovation by leveraging data to improve processes, products, and customer experiences

• Minimum 4+ years’ of hands-on experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and related data science libraries
• Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and analysing large, complex datasets
• Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, and data mining techniques
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Exposure to Big Data technologies including Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, or distributed computing environments
• Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, optimisation, and performance monitoring
• Strong understanding of data wrangling, ETL processes, and data quality best practices
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within Agile environments and cross-functional teams
