POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world healthcare and business problems
Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights across claims, member behaviour, provider networks, and clinical outcomes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through data storytelling and visualization tools
Contribute to the development of analytics frameworks, pipelines, and best practices

Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in a data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics role
Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau
Strong understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a regulated environment is a strong advantage
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
