We’re looking for a sharp, analytical Graduate / Entry-Level Data Engineer or Data Analyst with solid Power BI and SQL skills to join a dynamic, insight-led business based in Knysna.
POSITION INFO:
Our client delivers high-impact market intelligence solutions that track industry performance, growth patterns, competitive positioning, and consumer behaviour. They pride themselves on delivering timely, reliable, and cost-effective insights that empower better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
- Writing and optimising SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Supporting data modelling and data pipeline processes
- Transforming raw data into meaningful business insights
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- 1–2 years’ working experience (advantageous)
- Strong academic performers / high-achieving graduates welcome to apply
- Solid working knowledge of Power BI and SQL
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work full-time, in-office in Knysna
- Must currently reside in or near Knysna (no relocation candidates)
