Data Capturer / Warehouse Administrator - Food

SUMMARY:
A well-established Food Manufacturing Company requires the above to ensure the accuracy of all paperwork relating to picking, loading and dispatch of stock, making sure that everything is correctly and timeously prepared as well as assisting the Warehouse Manager with all administrative related functions pertaining to the warehouse and production.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Minimum matric is essential for this role.  
• Previous experience having worked as a Data Capturer or Warehouse Administrator is essential.
• The successful candidate must have basic Excel.
• Previous experience having worked on Syspro is preferred but not essential as the Company is happy to train the right person for the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Capturing stock and various data on Excel as well as discrepancies on stock.
• Ensuring that all receipting of raw material stock and final product is captured on the system.
• Assisting with weekly cycle counts to reconcile stock on the floor and matching it to the system.
• Querying and dealing with any stock related queries.
• Capturing and updating all expired and slow-moving stock.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
