Job Overview:

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join their team as an Administrative/Data Capturer. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with administrative tasks and accurately capture data into their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records into the company's databases and systems.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Verification: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered by verifying and correcting any discrepancies.
• Reporting: Generate reports as required by management, summarizing data and highlighting key trends or insights.
• Communication: Liaise with internal teams to gather information and clarify data requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks to ensure data quality and compliance with established standards.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of data entry activities and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or data entry is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans
• Reside in Pomona or neighbouring areas
