Our client, a leading player in the hospitality industry, is seeking a motivated Data Capturer to help streamline operational processes and ensure data integrity during a crucial growth phase on a temp basis.

Duties:

• Capture and accurately update guest, booking, reservation, and operational data.

• Enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial information into relevant systems.

• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.

• Verify information and identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate data.

• Assist with daily and monthly administrative reports.

• Update customer and supplier information as required.

• Process booking and reservation information promptly.

• Support front office, finance, reservations, and operations teams with data-related tasks.

• File and organise documentation according to company procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.

• Perform regular data checks to ensure information accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.

• Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong typing and data-entry skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of organisational psychology and time management principles.
