We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Capturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Capture, verify, and update information accurately into databases and systems.

Review and correct data entry errors before submission.

Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and validations.

Organise and file digital or hard-copy documents for record-keeping purposes.

Liaise with internal departments to obtain missing or unclear information.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.

Assist with general administrative tasks and support as required.
Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate.

Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (1–2 years preferred).

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and data systems.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
