DTE Graphic Designer - (CONTRACT)

Job description:

• The Graphic Designer supports this mission by creating visual briefs and final executions mainly for the digital trade engagement platform as well as offline assets. • Brainstorm clear ideas and concepts for creative assets from beginning to end, aligned to the business strategy and campaign requirements (where applicable).
• Accurately interpret briefs from the business to understand project and content requirements.
• Work with internal departments, agencies, and suppliers in creating final design executions.
• Create visual content for online (banners, images, infographics, motion graphics etc.) and offline (leaflets, point of sale material etc.).
• Design campaign visuals including but not limited to retail communication assets, digital assets, email briefs, infographics, presentation material, etc.
• Photo/Video shooting, editing, and creating of basic frame-by-frame animations.
• Manage multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual art, or related field.
• 2-3 Years of proven experience as a graphic designer or visual artist.
• A complete portfolio of visual design examples.
• Strong core design skills - ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills to navigate internal systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML would be advantageous.
