SUMMARY:
A DISPATCH MANAGER is urgently required for our client's TONGAAT (KZN) branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Description:
To ensure success as a Dispatch Supervisor you should be committed to providing attentive support with great attention to detail. You would need to lead a team and ensure deliveries are completed timeously and correctly.

Education and work experience:

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification (advantageous)
At least 5 years’ experience in the dispatch / finishing area as a Supervisor

Required knowledge, skills and attributes:

Knowledge of quality in the Clothing Industry
Communicate with Management as needed to maximize efficiencies and resolve issues
Strong numerical ability
Strong troubleshooting / problem solving ability
Proactive, organized and the ability to work well under pressure and multitask
Provide subordinate coaching and assistance when required
Fill in as a Dispatcher when required

Remuneration:

As per Bargaining Council
