SUMMARY:
A DISPATCH MANAGER is urgently required for our client's TONGAAT (KZN) branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Description:
To ensure success as a Dispatch Supervisor you should be committed to providing attentive support with great attention to detail. You would need to lead a team and ensure deliveries are completed timeously and correctly.
 
Education and work experience:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification (advantageous)
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the dispatch / finishing area as a Supervisor
 
Required knowledge, skills and attributes:
  • Knowledge of quality in the Clothing Industry
  • Communicate with Management as needed to maximize efficiencies and resolve issues
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Strong troubleshooting / problem solving ability
  • Proactive, organized and the ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Provide subordinate coaching and assistance when required
  • Fill in as a Dispatcher when required
Remuneration:
  • As per Bargaining Council
