POSITION INFO:

A modern, well-established Dental Practice in Randburg, Johannesburg, is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Dental Receptionist to join their team. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, and thrives in a structured, professional environment.

The successful candidate will be the face of the practice, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and premium patient experience, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous reception/administrative experience (medical or dental experience advantageous)
• Strong computer skills (experience with practice management software is beneficial)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
• Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the front desk and all patient interactions
• Scheduling appointments and handling patient bookings
• Assisting with administrative duties and practice coordination
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient patient journey
• Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service
