POSITION INFO:
A well-established dental practice in Randburg, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced and professional Dental Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, patient-focused, and confident working in a busy dental or medical practice environment.
Ideal Starting Date: 1 February 2026
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical practice
- Experience using Solumed Pro is highly advantageous
- Experience with similar systems such as GoodX will also be considered
- Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented
- Able to manage appointments, patient queries, and front-desk duties efficiently
- Preferably residing in Johannesburg, close to Randburg
- Own reliable vehicle with a valid, up-to-date driver’s licence
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
- Fridays: 07:30 – 16:00
- Saturdays: 08:00 – 16:00 (every alternate weekend)
Salary: Salary is dependent on relevant experience and will be discussed during the interview.
