POSITION INFO:
A well-established Dental Practice in Claremont, Cape Town, is looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.
You'll be the first person patients speak to, so a warm, confident frontline personality is a must. As well as running reception, answering calls and handling bookings, you'll help the practice grow its online presence by keeping an eye on the website and helping with social media.
Requirements:
A confident, professional telephone manner.
Above-average computer skills.
Comfortable with social media and keen to help with the practice's website and online presence.
A lovely, friendly frontline personality.
Well organised, reliable and able to multitask.
Previous reception experience is an advantage.
Position Details:
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00, and Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
Salary: R10,000 per month (before deductions).
