DENTAL RECEPTIONIST | BRYANSTON, JHB

A well-established and busy dental practice in Bryanston, Johannesburg, is seeking a professional, well-spoken, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join its team as soon as possible.

• Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist in a dental practice is essential.

• Experience using Solumed or similar dental practice management software is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional telephone etiquette with the ability to communicate confidently and intelligently with patients.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy, high-volume practice.

• Well-presented, friendly, and patient-focused.

• Managing the reception area and welcoming patients.

• Scheduling and confirming appointments.

• Answering and directing telephone calls professionally.

• Assisting patients with enquiries, bookings, and practitioner-related requests.

• Managing patient records and maintaining accurate information.

• Processing payments and handling general reception administration.

• Liaising with practitioners and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:00
