POSITION INFO:
A new and growing dental equipment company based in Midrand, Johannesburg, is looking for a reliable and driven Office Administrator/Telemarketer to join their team. The company supplies and installs dental chairs and related equipment to dental practices across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to dental practices to promote the company’s products and services
- Generate leads and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Capture and send invoices accurately and on time
- Perform basic accounts duties and assist with financial record-keeping
- Handle general office administration and support daily operations
- Maintain well-organised records and ensure smooth office workflow
Requirements:
- Must have experience with accounts/invoicing
- Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and invoicing software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Office-based role – must be able to commute to Midrand ideally live in Midrand
Salary: R10 000 – R12 000 (negotiable, when more experienced)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
