DECEASED ESTATES ADMINISTRATOR
Located: Mossel Bay/Hartenbos
Salary: R 25 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Are you an experienced Deceased Estate Administrator with a passion for guiding estates from inception to finalisation? A well-established and reputable law firm is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and have a thorough understanding of deceased estate administration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Minimum requirements:

Matric (essential)
3 - 5 years' experience in deceased estate administration
Solid knowledge of the deceased estate process from start to finish
Experience liaising with the Master of the High Court and relevant stakeholders
Ability to prepare and manage Liquidation and Distribution Accounts
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently while managing multiple matters simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

Administer deceased estates from opening through to finalisation
Prepare and lodge all required estate documentation
Draft and process Liquidation and Distribution Accounts
Liaise with the Master of the High Court, beneficiaries, financial institutions, SARS, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all legislative and procedural requirements
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on estate matters
