SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to manage debtor accounts, ensure accurate allocations and reconciliations, and support effective collections and account administration within a busy retail environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements / Qualifications:

Matric (Accounting or Finance advantageous)
Previous experience in a debtors / accounts receivable role
Experience with account reconciliations, payment allocations, and collections
Working knowledge of POS and back-office accounting systems (NAMOS / Symphonix advantageous)
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and customer liaison skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
