POSITION INFO:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cycle Counters to join our warehouse team in Brackenfell. The ideal candidates will have previous warehouse or inventory experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse stock control or cycle counting
Previous experience conducting stock counts and inventory checks
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems will be advantageous
Good understanding of warehouse procedures and stock control
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Physically fit and able to work shifts, including weekends when required
Reliable transport to and from Brackenfell
Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
Count and verify physical stock against system quantities
Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages and variances
Investigate differences and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies
Accurately record and capture stock count results
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems where required
Assist with stock audits and inventory checks
Ensure stock is correctly identified, labelled and stored
Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
