SUMMARY:
Well established Fiber Company based on the East Rand is looking for Customer Support Agents

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Education: Matric

Requirements and Duties:

Must have worked 12 months in an inbound / outbound call center
Must have at least 12 months experience with fiber networks / technical support
Experience with ticket logging systems
Knowledge of fiber converters and broad band routers is essential
Experience in CompTIA A+, N+, or Cisco CCNA will be advantageous

Must have a valid driver''s license
