Customer Success Representative Fully Remote role

My client, a household name is a platform; bringing consumers and businesses together to continue their focus on improving customer experiences. They have developed into a holistic review management and marketing platform.

POSITION INFO:

The Role:

As a customer success representative your objective is to ensure  business customers achieve their desired outcome through interactions with their company. Their aim is to find good-fit customers, keep customers longer, get them to buy more over their extended life, and advocate for them. You need to be obsessed with understanding and delivering success milestones at each step of their journey.

Working on their B2B product, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure customers achieve their desired outcome as quickly as possible

- Thorough understanding of the product

- Understand and optimise success milestones and path to first value for different packages

- Provide high touch success to our customers (demo’s)

- Increase retention revenue and reduce churn

- Conduct interviews, collate and present user adoption findings and success gaps to the product team

- Work with the product team to implement success gaps

- Work with the business team and partners to optimise the user onboarding funnel to reach specific goals

- Manage day to day business support and admin related queries

Skills and experience:

- Business or degree or equivalent

- 2+ years working in customer success or customer experience

- Worked on customer success implementations (SaaS a bonus)

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills
