Customer Service Support (Alrode)

SUMMARY:
The primary role of the Customer Service Support is to effectively cater to the needs of the company’s established clientele, manage incoming sales inquiries, and provide essential support to the external sales team. This position also involves facilitating and advising distributors and export customers. It is ideally suited for individuals with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and offers valuable 
experiential learning for those aspiring to progress into outbound sales roles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric 
• Tertiary / trade qualifications are desirable along with suitable industry experience and application 
• knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and adept at utilizing internet resources. 
• Expertise in typing and formatting various documents with precision and efficiency. 
• Demonstrated competence in costing and generating quotes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. 
• Proficient in managing emails, ensuring timely responses and effective communication. 
• Skilled in handling telephonic inquiries and driving sales through effective engagement. 
• Experience in conducting technical bid evaluations, assessing proposals with meticulous attention to detail. 
• Competent in valve selections, including sizing and identification, ensuring compatibility and functionality. 
• Capable of compiling comprehensive tender documents, including Annexure C, D, and E, meeting stringent requirements and standards. 
• Proven track record of working effectively under pressure to meet strict timelines and deadlines, ensuring project success and client satisfaction. 
• 5 Years Valve Experience and Valve Selection 
• Exports experience Valves
