JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a passionate, friendly Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic Online Shop team.

Responsibilities:

Receiving telephone calls
Handling customer queries via email, phone calls, etc.
Handling personal shopper duties
Administering the online shop’s support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
Supporting the operational team with daily administrative tasks

Key Skills:

Fluent in Afrikaans and English; with excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Professional telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills,
Ability to multitask and work under pressure,
Computer literate,
Neat and detail orientated,
Team player attitude.

Qualifications:

A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12)
A relevant tertiary qualification
At least two years’ experience in customer service
An e-commerce background will be beneficial
Available to work on weekends
