JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a passionate, friendly Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic Online Shop team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving telephone calls

  • Handling customer queries via email, phone calls, etc.

  • Handling personal shopper duties

  • Administering the online shop’s support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

  • Supporting the operational team with daily administrative tasks

Key Skills:

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English; with excellent verbal and written communication skills,

  • Professional telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills,

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure,

  • Computer literate,

  • Neat and detail orientated,

  • Team player attitude.

Qualifications:

  • A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12)

  • A relevant tertiary qualification

  • At least two years’ experience in customer service

  • An e-commerce background will be beneficial

  • Available to work on weekends
