Calling all Customer Service Managers in Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

My client, a leading and well known industry giant, requires a competent and experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team in Woodstock, Cape Town.

Core of the position

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with the client.

He/she will be accountable for managing and leading a team responsible to deliver against strict deadlines.

You will serve as the first point of contact for any queries that requires problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Managing expectations & highly dedicated to achieve results at high standards.

Your Customer Service skills must include: Managing queries, Track multiple projects running at the same time,

Provide accurate reporting daily & attention to detail.

You will work in a fast pace environment that requires excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks and influence others to achieve within SLA’s.

You will be responsible for monthly billing and invoices, against set targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven track record of experience – evidence of multi-tasking, organisation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Matric ESSENTIAL

A tertiary Qualification will be highly beneficial

Computer skills, and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on excellent Excel skills.

2-3 years proven work experience as Client/Customer Service /Account Manager.

Certification in Client Relationship management and Business Administration is a plus.

“Can do” attitude, Willingness to see challenges as opportunities

All level communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Project management experience is essential

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel)ESSENTIAL

Understanding of meeting and exceeding required service level agreements

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

A team player with high level of dedication & influence

Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.

Must display high energy levels ESSENTIAL

SA Citizens only

Must be Criminal Clear

Must reside in the Greater Cape Town area.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer queries

Analyse root cause for issues in order to reduce query management

Provide accurate and timeous reporting for campaigns and projects

Manage internal relationships and escalation protocols as agreed upon with client

Problem solving and feedback to relevant parties (Internal and External) requires precise & clear communication skills

Manage the priority requests as per client''''s briefs

Act as a point of contact between relevant departments

Acknowledge all requests from client and escalate to required departments to action.

Maintain standards and quality of work outputs

Manage the service levels across the departments

In-depth understanding of the Client they are responsible for

Ensure correct and accurate billing for the Client is done at month end
