Customer Service Coordinator - Sciences Specialised Equipment - Randburg

SUMMARY:
A well-established International Specialised Sciences Equipment Company requires the above to provide excellent technical customer service to new and existing Customers on a national and international basis.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Minimum matric is essential.
• A tertiary qualification in Microbiology or Biotechnology or Biochemistry or Biomedical or a related qualification is essential.
• The Company will only consider Sciences Graduates with no work experience to be groomed into the above role.
• The successful candidate must have good communication and organisational skills, be a team player and a self-starter.
• The successful candidate must be fluent in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring Customers are given a good service at all times following Company guidelines and procedures.
• Liaising with the Sales Team, Stores and Operations Department regarding Customer queries.
• Ensuring that your administration functions are accurate and up to date.
• Processing of quotations, sales orders and invoices.
• Providing feedback to Customers regarding various products that they have ordered.
• Ensuring that all of the above are carried out in line with the Company quality policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all Company ISO procedures and work instructions with regards to customer service are adhered to and kept up to date.
• Ensuring External Sales are kept informed of any developments that are relevant to their Customers.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
