Customer Service Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Our Client Based in Roodepoort is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with strong experience in Customer Service (NOT CALL CENTRE)

The ideal Candidate:

Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric
• Tertiary qualification highly beneficial
• At least 2 – 3 years customer service experience
• Computer literate (SAP HIGHLY BENEFITIAL)
• High energy levels

• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle pressure,
• Attention to detail
• Able work under pressure
• Good time management skills
• Dependable individual         
• Must be calm, level-headed and be able to work under pressure
• Be able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to make decisions and react quickly to problems
• Have good written and oral communication
• Must be able to build good relationships with customers

 Duties:

• Assists the technicians in raising of quotes and the creation of job cards
• Manages and reports on the progress of all repairs undertaken
• Provides dealers and end-users with feedback with respect to all work undertaken
• General administration and coordination with respect to service calls in the Service Centre
• Maintain a database of all workshop related information
• Creation of all order numbers for repairs sent to suppliers
• Contact customers for “Go-aheads” and follow ups on outstanding jobs with dealers.
