SUMMARY:
A leading supplier of industrial cookware, commercial appliances and various other food service equipment is looking for a passionate, experienced and customer-centric Customer Service Co-Ordinator/ Administrator to join their team!

POSITION INFO:

Successful candidates will be responsible for acting as the first point of call for customer communication and handling quotes/complaints/queries/repairs etc. as well as communicating with relevant departments within the company and other administrative duties.

Minimum requirements:

·         Matric certificate

·         Exceptional communication skills

·         Previous customer service experience within the foodservice/hospitality and/or other related industries
