An exciting position exists for a Customer Service Attendant to operate the day-to-day activities of a station and resources so that our safety, quality and performance targets are achieved and ensure seamless travel for our customers that is safe, reliable, comfortable and friendly. The position is only open for Candidates living with disabilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Background Requirements

Grade 12 with maths and or accounting
At least 2 years’ customer service experience
Fluent in English
Skills: Numeracy, Literacy and Basic Computer skills
