SUMMARY:
A company specialising in proactive business process outsourcing and is a partner to leading brands is looking for Customer Service Agents.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will involve answering calls and responding to emails, handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by email, making quick and accurate decisions and strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Requirements:
  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Diploma/Degree highly advantageous
  • Fluency in Tsonga
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • A drive to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent listener
  • Problem solver
  • Tech savvy
  • A willingness to learn and grow
