SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for BPO / Offshore Customer Service Agents who are willing to work shifts, to join their team on a short-term contract position. The role is based close to Cape Town CBD.

POSITION INFO:
Do you have:
MINIMUM 12 months customer service experience within a BPO dealing with INTERNATIONAL clients.
Clear Criminal record
Matric as a minimum
Able to work rotational shifts (24/7) and travel to and from work at the times as rostered
Able to speak, write and read English clearly, fluently and professionally.
LOVES customer service and enjoys dealing with various clients.
WILLING to work on a short-term contract
