SUMMARY:

Our client requires a bilingual person with a strong character and a friendly disposition to start ASAP.

POSITION INFO:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining a good relationship with existing and new clients.
Responsible for the placing of telephonic and email customer orders.
Liaison with Sales Administrator.
Follow up on outstanding quotations.
After sales follow up.
Sales by customer analysis and follow up.
Attending to customer complaints.
Needs to be able to interpret customers’ requirements, and ensure they are given the correct products.
Computer skills are essential, (Pastel & Excel)
Full counter screening, distancing and sanitising measures in place.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Matric
Administrative skills are essential, as is computer experience.
Recent experience in a previous sales role.

To start immediately.
