Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage a sales team of 15–20 people
Drive momentum and maintain a positive, high-energy team environment
Set, track, and achieve team sales targets and deadlines
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
Monitor key sales metrics and performance data
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth
Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous development

Requirements:

Matric / NQF Level 4 or higher
Minimum 1 year plus experience in a team leader or supervisory sales role
Proven track record of successful sales performance
Strong knowledge of sales processes and metrics
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
