JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Repairs and Service coordinator person required with extensive customer interaction with regard to equipment repairs and service. Based in the Johannesburg West area

Responsibilities

General administration and coordination with respect to Service and repair calls in the company’s Service Centre
Answer all customer related queries – electronically, verbally as well as walk in customers
Process all customer requests and transactions accurately and timeously
Assist the technicians in generating of quotes and the creation of job cards
Contact customers for authorization on repairs and services of equipment
Reports back to clients and customers on the progress of all repairs and services undertaken
Manages and reports on the progress of all repairs within the service centre
Provides dealers and end-users with feedback on all service and repair work – including costs, spares, duration and expected completion
Maintain the database of all workshop related information
Creation and generation of all order numbers for repairs sent to external suppliers
Follow up on all outstanding jobs with dealers and at external suppliers

Requirements

Grade 12
MUST HAVE 3 years related experience in a service and repair environment

Must have outstanding customer service skills/attitude

Extensive technical/equipment-based experience is preferred

Attention to detail, accuracy and able to work under pressure

Computer literate - MS Office, SAP or similar

South African citizens only
