Vacancy: Customer relations sales consultant

Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the team.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Requirements:

Experience in customer relations, sales or marketing
Tertiary qualification - Degree or Diploma
High energy, excellent communication skills and very driven
Fast learner with cold calling skills
MUST be fluent in Afrikaans
Young and vibrant and not older than 28 years
Female candidate
