Are you a dynamic customer service professional with a passion for the fast-paced world of FMCG? Leading Retail Group is looking for an experienced Client Relations Officer to join our close-knit, high-performing team in Port Elizabeth!

About the Role: This is your chance to be at the heart of retail operations, building strong relationships with valued clients while driving sales and ensuring seamless order fulfilment. You'll manage promotions, track deliveries, and provide exceptional service that keeps our retailers coming back.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric with 3+ years' customer service and sales experience in FMCG retail
Fluency in English and Afrikaans (essential)
MS Office proficiency; CRM systems experience is a bonus
Sharp numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication abilities and relationship-building flair
A clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

Processing high volumes of orders with precision
Selling promotions, deals, and special offers to retailers
Tracking deliveries and resolving queries efficiently
Delivering top-tier customer service and sales administration

Competencies Required:

High volume order processing and placing calls for accuracy and attention to detail
Numerical aptitude coupled with excellent written, spoken and electronic communication skills
Excellent customer relationship-building ability
Active listening skills
Planning and coordinating
Organisation and reporting
