POSITION INFO:

An exciting career opportunity exists in the Western Cape, Century City for a Customer Relations Officer within a Retail environment. If you have the following behavioural competency and experience, we look forward to receiving your application.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:
• Ensure that all interactions with members, suppliers and every department in the Company are conducted with the level of discipline and excellence expected in all business dealings.
• Contribute to ensure the Divisional sales targets are achieved.
• To actively sell through regular telephone contact and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• To initiate sales on deal offerings and supplier product ranges.
• To process all orders accurately and timeously in accordance with Company standards.
• Ensure placement of all orders with the relevant supplier/s.

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Valid Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle
• Customer Relations Experience
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• FMCG/Retail Sales Background

Salary: Market Related
