Customer Liaison and Sales Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client who is a leading logistics service provider is looking for an experienced Customer Liaison Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Area: Durban

Duties and Responsibilities (Not Limited to):

• 2+ years of experience in a related role
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
• Capability to negotiate with and influence others
• Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports which is sent to management weekly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Generates and processes new sales leads for directors
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Obtain weekly sales information from all sales reps. and puts it into an easily readable format
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
• Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
• Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Updates all contact information for clients
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
