Customer Experience Coordinator

Our client, a growing business in the health and wellness sector, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team.

This is not a traditional customer service role. We''re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and creating exceptional customer experiences. You''ll be the person who not only resolves customer queries but also identifies why issues occur and helps prevent them from happening again.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service and support
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing customer queries and seeing them through to resolution
• Maintaining accurate customer and order records
• Identifying recurring customer issues and trends
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements
• Documenting procedures and helping create more efficient ways of working
• Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative activities
• Working closely with management to improve customer experience and business performance
