Customer Care Office Administrator

SUMMARY:
Looking for a professional, polished and client-focused Customer Care Front Line Administrator to join a strong professional team based in Cape Town CBD.

This role is client-facing and requires an individual who thrives in a high-performance environment, delivers consistent service excellence, and builds strong relationships across departments with both internal and external clients. A corporate company, based in Cape Town CBD - parking provided. 

Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be to your advantage
• 2-5 year reception and/or client service experience
• Proven experience in high-level client liaison
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who enjoys responsibility
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Consistent, reliable and accountable
• Ability to follow instructions, systems and procedures
• Strong conflict management and team collaboration skills
• High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
• Timekeeping management flawless
• Own transport

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and direct clients and visitors professionally
• Manage the switchboard, screen calls and relay accurate messages
• Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with function arrangements
• Receive, sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures
• Build rapport across departments and support collaboration
• Take ownership and accountability for tasks through to completion
• Proactively identify improvements and show initiative
• Assist with events, meetings, conferences and workshops for high value stakeholders.
