POSITION INFO:

Customer Care Consultant ( JB691)
Pinetown
R6000 – R7000 per month

Grade 12
1 year experience in call centre or similar role
Excellent computer literacy is essential
MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel

To ensure all complaints lodged are resolved amicably and timeously
Complaint’s resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction
Liaise with internal departments to resolve complaints
Ensure complaints are processed within required timeframes
Ensure completion on high level complaints
Assist with related projects
Ensure processes are effective and followed
Conflict management
General administration, daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Ad hoc duties
