Customer Care Consultant – Motor Industry
A reputable dealership is seeking a well-presented and professional Customer Care Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Must stay in the East-Rand Area
Requirements:

Female candidate (Lady)
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role (motor industry experience will be advantageous)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Well-spoken, confident, and customer-focused

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Liaise between customers and relevant departments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure service excellence
Assist with customer retention initiatives
