POSITION INFO:

Customer Care Administrator - Durban

Salary – R12 000 – R15 000 CTC

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• A Diploma or Degree Qualification in Office Administration
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
• Experience in Office administration , Customer service and phone support
• Proficient in Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English with report writing skills and compilation ability.

My client is seeking to employ a motivated, tenacious and dynamic candidate with excellent people skills ,a customer-focused individual passionate about customer care - organized, efficient, gracious and empathetic. A food safety team member and acting as a liaison between various business units including the Quality Assurance Department & Operations team concerning customer complaints, investigations and other product quality matters.

Duties

• Handling of customer complaints
• Record all complaints on system.
• Responding to all Factory Shop emails
• Provides responses to service complaints.
• Giving quick fire responses to frequently asked questions regarding e.g. website, store opening hours etc
• Performs clerical and typing duties.
• Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
