SUMMARY:
Our client an international Desert manufacturer is looking for and experienced and dynamic individual who has a passion for Customer care from a FMCG background.

POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking to employ a motivated, tenacious and dynamic candidate with excellent people skills ,a customer-focused individual passionate about customer care - organised, efficient, gracious and empathetic.
A food safety team member and acting as a liaison between various business units including the Quality Assurance Department & Operations team concerning customer complaints, investigations and other product quality matters.


Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:


• Handling of customer complaints
• Record all complaints on CPAR system
• Responding to all Factory Shop emails
• Provides responses to service complaints
• Giving quick fire responses to frequently asked questions regarding e.g. website, store opening hours etc
• Performs clerical and typing duties
• Special projects and additional duties as assigned.

This role is mostly telephonically and on email correspondence on feedback or dealing with customers. It can be a mundane repetitive job therefore looking for someone who can keep themselves motivated and never gets down from dealing with customers dissatisfaction at all times

 Mon to Friday with alternative weekends on call to check emails and respond online to queries 

Qualification and requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• A Diploma or Degree Qualification in Office Administration
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
• Experience in Office administration , Customer service and phone support
• Proficient in Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English with report writing skills and compilation ability
