SUMMARY:
Management of the full Creditors function at Head Office Level. Ensuring that all supplier accounts payable are carried out efficiently in the department

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supplier reconciliations
Follow up on outstanding payments
Review and preparation of supplier payment batches
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to management on Creditors
Debit order reconciliations
Ensure creditor payments are in line with budget process
Assist with provisioning (accruals)
Age analysis reconciliations
Personnel Management
Training, development and evaluation
